the Capital, following Delhi Public School (DPS), extended their winter
vacation. The cold wave made school authorities, be it the Municipal Corporation
of Delhi (MCD), the Delhi government, the Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS) or
the private schools, reschedule their reopening dates of the ongoing winter
vacations.

RAWALPINDI: Educational institutions in the province, including those set up in Rawalpindi, will not observe winter vacations during ongoing academic year, sources in the Education Department told this news agency. However, they said the institutions situated in mountainous and snow-falling areas would observe winter vacations.
